Replacement Bowls and Changeovers

With the proper bowl dimensions Reliance can manufacture new bowls for Reliance, Henschel, MTI, Plasmec and all other mixer makes. The units will be furnished for easy installation. Our replacement Vertical Cooler bowl is furnished with a higher rated Cooler jacket than that of the Original Manufacturer. This will allow for a more turbulent flow of the chilling media which will in turn decrease your cooling time.

As in the case of our Littleford changeover, Reliance is able to change out the mixer tools to our variant tool design. We also change out the motor, drive belts, and pulleys. This simple change over allows an increase in capacity of nearly 15-20% per batch.
