Medium Intensity Mixing

The purpose of Medium Intensity Mixing is to primarily disperse all materials and create a homogenous mix on the final product. The generation of heat and energy is minimal and not a necessity for the material. The tip speed of the mixing tools will be between 6-8 rpm in Medium Intensity Mixers. Additional tooling maybe needed in such mixing processes to aid in removing clumps and fluidizing the material.

Medium Intensity Mixing is needed in order to produce products such as Powder Coatings, Masterbatches, and Food Spices to name a few.
