(VFM) Reliance High Intensity Mixer Mixer and Motor Side Bearing Housing Our High Intensity Mixer Bearing Housings are cast with the mixing process and preventive maintenance of a plant in mind. Our 500-600L units are built with a Two-Piece Design below the mixer bowl. After removing the cap nut, spacers, and tools, the operator simply needs to drop the lower section of the Housing in order to get to the Bearings. The bowl remains in place, drastically reducing any down time. Our larger units maintain this same feature on the Mixer Side and add the same Maintenance Friendly design on the motor side as well. After the motor coupling is removed the Lower Housing simply drops down. Connections on the motor remain intact and the motor itself stays in place, saving hours of downtime. |
