Mixing Tools

The tools in the FCCM High Intensity Mixer and RC Medium Intensity Mixer are specifically designed for their intended applications. The FCCM unit is furnished with tools that are needed to fluidize the material. In order to attain a High Intensive Mix, a variant style tool pattern is needed. These tools are identical to the tools that are provided with the VFM High Intensity Mixer. They are self cleaning and furnished with a wear resistant coating. The RC Medium Intensity Mixer is provided with two tools that provide two different functions. The large tool stretches from one end of the mixing head to the other, its primary function is to lift the material. The smaller tool is called the chopper tool and is used to fluidize the material. Only the small tool is furnished with a wear resistant coating in an RC style mixer. The tools in the FCCM and RC Mixer are dynamically balanced and polished to suit your application needs.
